Invitation Letter

For security purposes, the conference has the following policies for issuing Invitation Letter:

• Invitation Letters will only be issued after your successful registration.                     
• Invitation Letters can only be issued to the person accepted to attend the conference.
Visa Support Letters will be issued via email in PDF format. Please contact the conference secretary at udy.chen@han-wen.com to arrange for a Invitation Letters

. You must include:

• Your Name on Your Passport
• Your Date of Birth
• Your Passport Number
• Passport Date of Issue
• Paper ID

Note: Obtaining a Invitation Letters will not guarantee your visa application being approved. The letter merely explains your travel intention to Singapore.
