Authors’ Guidelines on the Use of AIGC (AI-Generated Content)

To uphold academic integrity and ensure the quality of conference publications, all authors are required to follow the guidelines below regarding the use of Artificial Intelligence Generated Content (AIGC) tools and participation in the peer review process.

Use of AIGC

AIGC tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) may be used only as auxiliary tools during manuscript preparation.

Permitted Uses

Authors may use AIGC for:
Language polishing and grammar correction
Improving clarity and readability
Assisting with formatting and structural organization
General idea generation or outlining
All academic content must be reviewed, verified, and finalized by the authors themselves.

Prohibited Uses
AIGC must NOT be used to:
Generate original research data, experimental results, or analyses
Fabricate references, citations, or sources
Replace authors’ intellectual contribution
Automatically generate full manuscripts or core academic content
Be listed as an author or co-author
Authors bear full responsibility for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their work.

Mandatory Disclosure

If AIGC tools are used at any stage of manuscript preparation, authors must clearly disclose this in an “AI Usage Statement” or “Acknowledgements” section, including:
The name of the tool
The purpose of use
Example:
The authors used ChatGPT for language refinement. All academic content was created and verified by the authors.
*Failure to disclose AI usage may result in rejection or post-publication action.

Academic Integrity and Author Responsibility

By submitting a manuscript, authors confirm that:
The work is original and has not been fabricated or manipulated using AI
All listed authors made genuine intellectual contributions
Proper citations are provided
Ethical standards are strictly followed
All submissions are subject to similarity checks and editorial integrity review.

Consequences of Misconduct

Any of the following may lead to rejection, withdrawal, or retraction:
Undisclosed or inappropriate use of AIGC
Fabricated data or references
Plagiarism or AI-generated core content
Breach of peer review confidentiality
The conference organizing committee reserves the right to take necessary actions in accordance with academic publishing standards.
